    The Sankei Building Management (hereinafter Company) acquires personal information through relevant legal and appropriately fair means. The acquired personal information shall be used within a range necessary to acheive legitimate purposes that include business transactions between our customers and for delivering useful information to every person concerned. Furthermore, the personal information that is acquired shall not be provided or disclosed to any third-parties without the prior consent of that individual.

    However, in the following cases, consent for the purpose of use shall be omitted.

    • In the event personal information is provided through consultations, and exchange of business cards or other interactions with the Company sales representatives.
    • In the event business cards acquired or other interactions occur at various events, fairs, seminars, etc.

    The Company appropriately manages the personal information that is acquired by placing security measures to prevent loss, damage, falsifications, leaks, and unauthorized access.

  3. Compliance with laws and regulations related to personal information

    Company handles the personal information that is acquired by complying to Japanese law and other rules related to protection of personal information.

  4. Outsourcing of personal information

    Company may outsource the handling of personal information to an external entity for the purpose of business transactions with customers and provision of services. In the event the handling of personal information is outsourced, a contract shall be entered into and inspections such as the status of implementation shall be conducted to guarantee the appropriate handling of personal information.

  5. Disclosure, corrections, and deletion of personal information

    Please personally contact the Company to request for referrals, revisions, or deletion of your personal information.

  6. Preservation and improvement of personal information protection

    Company shall educate its employees to appropriately handle personal information, investigate whether the information is appropriately handled, as well as review and improve such efforts toward protection of personal information.
